**Hello Everyone. This is my first blog and this blog tells about the freedom that everyone should have in their his/her life. Every one who are reading this blog are busy in their personal life to acheive some thing in their life like getting a job or getting promotion.Just close your eyes for 1min take a long breath and think what you really wanted to do. Comparing with others not thinking what actually want is the main problem that majority of the people face in the current generation. For example there are some posts on internet and also listen to some people saying that his/her brother/sister/realtive or any others who have their job in software field are earning more money buyed a car,new house,etc..It is true..The software field is bhooming up. So they wanted to go to that job. Hey you think about your carrier and the path you are interested. The main mistake that we do is not thinking about the freedoom to do. Taking a course that his/her father/mother likes. Children should fulfill their parents wishes but we are also having some interests. This freedom is not there. Parents should give freedom to the children to choose the carrier what the field they are interested. Freedom is not only we can do what every we want. Freedom also means "we sholud have control over our own decisions and do the decent work ". The Freedom that have in work place is different and we will not have control over it . It depends on every one in the work place. But in our personal life freedom is important. Do not get over motivated that someone achieved some thing in a way that they followed and you start doing the same process .Hey you,Think about it. Many of the people are doing some work or exam on pressure related to get good salary and lead a luxarious life by doing coding,apptitude,verbal and many other topics to get placed in the job. The demand in the software is very high that even any person who does not goes to school can get a high payed job with his hard work by learning the new technology. But why there are many types of exams for the students to get a software job with the topics mentioned above. The people with a degree are not capable of getting a job but a dropout gets a good job. The whole thing related to the one main thing i.e our decision. Do not focus on the result by starting today just be with the work with dedication and result automatically comes. The dedication comes only if we have interest on the work. Also control the thought process of overthinking. Just leave the failures and success in life they are just words. We the humans only created them. Every human being have both the failure and success in life. Success is not like achieving great things. If we are taking a breath is also a success hey you know it. Also many people say that we should not compare our selves with others and leaving every friend. You should understood the meaning of the comparing. It is just said that stop comapring with others to stay calm in our life by not comparig with others. Hey you,you see many big companies are having compitetors in thier feilds and if they do not compare with the other companies then they get failed. You should be in a flow in what field you are. Not to get a salary writing the exams and doing jobs. This whole blog is created to make awareness not to criticize any specific one.
